Tours are welcome by appointment at all Pet Resorts Australia locations so you can inspect our dog boarding rooms, cattery and daycare areas and meet some of our experienced pet care staff. To arrange a pet resort tour,contact your nearest resort or complete the online online enquiry form on our website and we’ll contact you to confirm a time. Note: tours may be limited on Sundays, public holidays and during school holidays.

Booking dog boarding, cat boarding, cattery stays or dog daycare is easy, use the availability search on the Pet Resorts Australia website, select your location and dates, choose the service you need, and complete your booking online. Returning guests can log in via My Account to view, change or cancel bookings. If you prefer to speak with someone, call your chosen resort and our team will assist with availability and booking.

To protect every guest, dogs must be up to date with C5 vaccinations and cats with F3 vaccinations before check-in, this is why we ask all customers to please bring vaccination certificates or digital proof at drop-off. Our trained staff can administer most prescribed medications and accommodate special dietary requirements during boarding or daycare. When booking, list all medications, dosages and dietary details so your chosen resort can confirm arrangements before check-in. Some services (medication administration or specialist diet handling) may carry additional fees. For more information, please refer to our boarding conditions.

Check the relevant resort's location page for drop-off and pick-up times. You can modify your bookings via My Account or by contacting the resort. Cancellation and change fees may apply per our booking policy, review the boarding conditions for specific timeframes and fees.

Most breeds and ages are accepted, contact the resort to discuss size, age or behavioural needs before booking.

Dog daycare includes supervised play and socialisation in a safe, structured environment overseen by trained staff. Activities may include group play, enrichment and exercise sessions, and scheduled rest times. Optional enrichment activities may be available for an extra charge. Staff monitor behaviour and wellbeing throughout the day.

Our Guests’ health is monitored daily according to strict care protocols. If your pet becomes unwell, resort staff will contact you or your emergency contact and follow established emergency procedures, which may include referral to a local veterinarian. Some services (such as medication administration, handling specialised diets or optional enrichment activities) may incur extra charges. Any additional fees are confirmed at the time of booking but if you have any questions please contact your resort.
