"The staff are so caring, communicative and knowledgeable. There is an authenticity when you walk in the door, while your pets are in care and on departure that doesn't compare to any other place or team I've experienced over the years. Over so many years of trying to find a solution, this is the only time in or out of home I have had absolute peace of mind. My two can be at times, anxious, complex & hard work but the team have taken the time to learn their individual natures to make sure they have the absolute best days of their lives. The team work to achieve best possible outcomes for my guys and that shows when I collect them, finding happy, worked and loved dogs. "Our little man Maverick has recently spent a couple of days being loved & cared for by the team at Pet Resorts Australia Townsville. I was very anxious leaving him as he comes everywhere possible with us. Drop off was smooth & the staff are very kind which made it easier to do, I left feeling that Mav was in very good hands. I sent an email to check on him the next day & they responded quickly to put my mind at ease. When picking him up he was in the play area having a fabulous time with a big smile on his face, this was so good to see as he didn’t know we were there watching him. He was in very good spirits when we picked him up. If the need arises again we have no hesitation in booking him in again where we are sure he will be pampered."

"Pet Resorts Townsville were able to have Honey over the busy January period, which in itself was excellent. When we arrived for drop off the vibe was calm and the staff were lovely. Honey stayed for a week and I think she's sad she's home! Collection was super easy, I was able to park under cover as it was really raining and the staff were lovely again. Honey will be back!"
