What Our Customers Say
"We recently went on a holiday and this was the first time for both cats to have had to go to a cattery. We can’t thank the wonderful staff at Pet Resorts Australia Yarrambat enough, for the care and effort they went to looking after Ruby 🐈 and Puća 🐈⬛. Puća is a picky boy and decided he wasn’t going to eat, the staff were quick to give us feedback and my son was able to deliver the food we normally feed them at home for the staff to feed both cats. Ruby is older and needs to have medication twice a day, while you pay for this service, it lovely peace of mind to know this would be done. While away we received regular updates on how they were behaving and what their health was like. This included a call from my son requesting permission for the staff to be able to take Puća to the vet as they feared he may have developed a UTI. All good, Puća was just stressed, no surprises for us there! By the time we picked them up, they had both reached a zen temperament and settled down. Since coming home they are back to their usual selves, lounging in the warmest spots of the house. Or sunning themselves in their outdoor enclosures. Big thanks to the wonderful staff for their caring attitude and fantastic communication skills. Although we missed the furry royalty while we were away, you gave us peace of mind, knowing they were well cared for. We loved the little and very accurate report cards we received when we picked them up too."

"Archie stayed at Welcome Kennels for 3 weeks while we were overseas and during his stay he was a very happy boy playing with new friends and staff. We were kept up to date with informative & fun emails. The staff were very attentive as well with Archie's wellbeing notifying me of when he lost a wee bit of weight in his first week - which he needed to actually :) As far as 'constructive feedback' I did feel rather disappointed that I was having to pay an extra $5.50 per day for Archie to be fed the food which I supplied, all separately bagged for each day. I will definitely consider Welcome Kennels for any future stays Archie may require. Thank you to the lovely caring staff and all the very best for 2026."

"I wish I could take a holiday at welcome kennels. These guys are absolutely amazing. Not only does it take the stress of leaving your fur baby completely away when you are travelling but they treat your fur baby like he or she is their own. Updates by email, no problem. Check social media, fur baby is a star. Gorgeous staff. So accomodating. I had something delivered for my fur baby and the delivery driver took it to the post office, no problem they collected it for him. Nothing is too much. Love love love, so happy to leave one very spoilt boy at his holiday home."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently left our Staffy, Millie, here while we were away, and all I can say is thank you for taking such wonderful care of her. It is such a relief to know we have somewhere we can leave her that truly feels like a home away from home. We have tried other boarding facilities in the past and were left disappointed, which made us quite hesitant to trust somewhere new. However, from the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the dogs in their care. Millie came home happy, relaxed, and well looked after, which speaks volumes. Knowing she was loved and cared for while we were away allowed us to enjoy our holiday without worrying. We are so glad we found this place and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and trustworthy home for their dog. We will definitely be bringing Millie back for future holidays! — Louise & Millie 🐾💕"

"I just picked up my little senior citizen from a 5 week stay at Welcome Boarding Kennels. I could not have asked for more. I chose them for the quality of their facilities and option of rooms available. I booked a tour where I could ask my million questions and see for myself how content and happy the fur- guests were. The staff were patient and understanding as I called to double and triple check everything before my trip. Everytime I emailed for an update while I was away I recieved a detailed one within 24 hours regarding her health and wellbeing. Each response was personalised and I really got the sense that they knew my baby. When I picked her up, I was greeted with an affectionate, knowing “aww no!” that made it very clear she’d been loved and cherished while I was gone. She came home happy, settled, and maybe even a little bit heavier! 'Welcome' will be my first choice for future stays."
