"I would 100% recommend PET Resort SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS I have a Saint Bernard who needs to be housed in airconditioned. Accommodation Pet resorts Southern Highlands ticks all the boxes . It is the only boarding facility that consistently returns her to me in the same condition as I gave her to them. She is always happy to be dropped off . Every other place she has dropped significant amounts of weight . She is washed and blow dried the day I pick her up . I get photos sent to me and updates. They are exercised in gorgeous country surrounds and you can not call them dog runs as it is all grass and trees. There is always the same staff so there is continuity. Anything you ask of them is never a problem . Saints tend to be needy and can be prone to fretting . This have never happened at the SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS Pet Resort She loves the staff, the accommodation and the surrounds .. what more could you ask for The first 4 photos were sent to me from her last stay at Southern Highlands Pet Resort January 2026"

"Our friends that normally look after our dog went away, so we tried Pet Resorts and Shadow loved it. The staff were amazing and took such good care of our boy. We loved getting our post card with updates and seeing him on the socials. He had a great time, will recommend this place to friends."

"It was our first time leaving our rescue dog anywhere and we were nervous, (but we didn’t need to be) as Millie had the best time!! She came back so happy, well looked after, and the communication from the staff throughout her stay was great. An added bonus was we got to see her on social media, and seeing Millie doing her zoomies made us so happy. Thank you for looking after our girl so well and she’ll definitely be back ☺️"

Yes, our team gives each feline guest personalised attention every day. This includes cuddles, playtime, and plenty of interaction tailored to their temperament.
We have trained staff available to care for cats with special needs or medical conditions. Please contact the resort prior to booking to confirm that we can accommodate your cat’s specific needs and medication requirements.
All special care requirements must be confirmed with our office team prior to check-in. Additional care or medication administration fees may apply.

Yes, when available, we can offer adjoining or larger suites so bonded cats from the same family can stay together comfortably.
For the health and safety of all guests, we require that your cat is up-to-date with their F3 vaccination. Please bring your cat’s vaccination certificate when you check in.
