"Our little man Maverick has recently spent a couple of days being loved & cared for by the team at Pet Resorts Australia Townsville. I was very anxious leaving him as he comes everywhere possible with us. Drop off was smooth & the staff are very kind which made it easier to do, I left feeling that Mav was in very good hands. I sent an email to check on him the next day & they responded quickly to put my mind at ease. When picking him up he was in the play area having a fabulous time with a big smile on his face, this was so good to see as he didn’t know we were there watching him. He was in very good spirits when we picked him up. If the need arises again we have no hesitation in booking him in again where we are sure he will be pampered."

"Pet Resorts Townsville were able to have Honey over the busy January period, which in itself was excellent. When we arrived for drop off the vibe was calm and the staff were lovely. Honey stayed for a week and I think she's sad she's home! Collection was super easy, I was able to park under cover as it was really raining and the staff were lovely again. Honey will be back!"
