"Once again Terrigal Pet Resort has exceeded my expectations in their care of Marshall. He was there for 8 days this time and while my anxiety remained it was not as bad 😊. Yes, our team gives each feline guest personalised attention every day. This includes cuddles, playtime, and plenty of interaction tailored to their temperament.
We have trained staff available to care for cats with special needs or medical conditions. Please contact the resort prior to booking to confirm that we can accommodate your cat’s specific needs and medication requirements.
All special care requirements must be confirmed with our office team prior to check-in. Additional care or medication administration fees may apply.

Yes, when available, we can offer adjoining or larger suites so bonded cats from the same family can stay together comfortably.
For the health and safety of all guests, we require that your cat is up-to-date with their F3 vaccination. Please bring your cat’s vaccination certificate when you check in.
