"Once again Terrigal Pet Resort has exceeded my expectations in their care of Marshall. He was there for 8 days this time and while my anxiety remained it was not as bad 😊. Marshall loved his stay and enjoyed playing with his friends. I paid extra for him to have an extra play each day. I highly recommend this as it certainly enriched his stay. The pet Nannies are exceptional and he does love them. He had the best time."

"Daisy was boarding at pet resort Terrigal for 2weeks, I was sent pet post cards on her update how she was going & some beautiful pics. We felt so at ease knowing she was there with the utmost care she received, all the pet nanny's & staff are wonderful she had a great holiday & so did we knowing she gets lots of care & playing with her doggy mates. "My sweet Jim has found his new favourite place! Everyone at Terrigal Pet Resort are absolute rockstars! We have booked for both daycare & overnight boarding, both services are super easy to book & my boy always come home healthy, happy, and tired from all the playing! "We boarded our dog for three days while we were away, and the kindness shown to him made all the difference. He was a little reluctant at drop off, but the staff were gentle and reassuring, and he soon followed them with trust. My husband worried that the time away from us might unsettle our pup, but I felt he’d be okay — and when we picked him up, that hope was confirmed. He greeted us with joy, and he also looked rested and relaxed. The holiday postcard was lovely, with such a positive report: he ate every meal with gusto, made a wonderful friend as his roommate, played to his heart’s content, and settled beautifully for quiet time. It was a genuinely caring stay, and we’re so grateful."

"We recently used Terrigal Pet Resort for the first time oversea trip with our dog Darbie, and as a very anxious (borderline over-the-top!) dog mum, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Leaving your dog for the first time is never easy, but the team were so incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating—not just to Darbie, but to me as well. They truly went above and beyond to make the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. A massive shoutout to Layla, who worked with Darbie on his training over the two weeks. The communication was absolutely amazing—regular updates, videos, and genuine care shown in every interaction. It made such a difference being able to see how he was going and how well he was being looked after. You can really tell this team loves what they do.
